Germany has a very large charcuterie (cured meats) assortment but in the US most products in that category are Italian, Spanish, maybe French … one of the most distinguishing characteristics is the product is smoked vs air / dry cured for the more Southern European counterparts.

Kupfer‘s Salami products are made in the traditional German way.
